Are you like Elijah? Searching for the Lord, yearning to see Him and praying to hear His voice in your ear? Like Elijah, are you looking in all the wrong places? He looked in the wind and the earthquake but didn’t find Him there. And after the earthquake, he gazed in the fire, but the Lord wasn’t there either. As he waited, Elijah heard a small voice. He went out of the cave to listen. And God spoke to him in that still small voice.

Like Jenny did in the Sanctuary of the Seraphim series, invite your guardian angel to use My Heavenly Journal to guide you closer to God. Sometimes He whispers in your ear and you miss it, you don’t hear it, or you aren’t listening. Or sometimes you hear and mindlessly brush His words away. When you write down your thoughts as He prompts you, you will have it to look back on for a lifetime. His answer may have a different meaning to you in the morning, in a year or in ten years.
